Tracey-Jane is an award winning business owner and has been in lingerie business since 2004. She completed her first bra fitting course at De Montfort University in 2004. She has also completed supplier courses focusing on mastectomy bras with Anita and maternity and nursing bras with Royce Lingerie.

Tracey-Jane set up bras4mums as a home bra fitting service in 2004, followed by the online shop, which she sold in 2014. During this time, bras4mums offered a home bra fitting service in the North West, and a retail shop and fitting service at Baby Shows at NEC, Excel, Earls Court, SECC and GMex throughout the year.

Tracey-Jane created bras4all, offering bras and bra fitting advice for women of all ages, sizes, requiring all types of bras.

Tracey-Jane started the Bra Lady Network in 2010, training others to be bra fitters, and supporting them to set up their own home bra fitting service.

As a bra fitting trainer, Tracey-Jane has trained lingerie shop owners, new self employed bra fitters, and retail store bra fitters, including John Lewis. Tracey-Jane has also had training accredited by RCM, and offered a bra fitting awareness course for midwives and breastfeeding supporters.

“Having worn bras for years I was never aware how important it is to have a bra that fits properly until today” Bra fitting course attendee

“The tips and training given to me today was excellent. The way it was explained was simple, easy to understand and I am confident taking this back to my store to cascade to my colleagues” National retail chain store team leader

“I’ve been buying bras for close to 50 years. It could be that most of that time I’ve been buying and wearing unsuitable and mis-sized ones too. It’s a sobering thought for sure but you can only know what you know and having met Tracey-Jane and become part of her wonderful bra-fitting world I know now those days of underwire agony or unsuitable balconnette styles is over.

To be measured properly is a good thing but also to work with another women who is unfazed by anything and gently supportive in what is an intimate conversation is revolutionary and I’m never going back.” Sally Baker Therapist

Zoe trained as a bra fitter with Bra Lady in May 2017 and launched Bournemouth BraLady, a home bra fitting and sales service, working as part of the BraLady network, specialising in maternity and nursing bras soon after. More recently Zoe has undertaken further specialist bra fitting training and now offers support to women affected by breast cancer, providing a mastectomy and post surgery bra fitting and sales service working in conjunction with Dorset based charity, Going for Bust.

She LOVES talking all things boobs and bras and helping women to understand the importance of wearing a well fitted bra and am proud to have made it to the Finals of the mumandworking Awards 2018 Self Employed Parent of the Year (South) category less than 12 months after launching my business.

Zoe is a mum of three and am currently breastfeeding a toddler.  She has always struggled to buy nice, supportive nursing bras in her size, currently 34JJ. Her one experience of being fitted for a bra (in a well-known high street store) was not a good one.  Zoe understands how important it is to wear well fitted, comfortable and attractive bras for health and mental well being.

“Thanks!. Can I just say again what a revelation proper fitting bras are. It all just “sits” so much better! ” – Alice, Bournemouth
