T-J Hughes, Bra Lady

Bra Lady was set up by Tracey-Jane Hughes, known as T-J, in 2009. Having run a home bra fitting service for 4 years across the North West, and two online specialist bra fitting shops bras4mums and bras4all since 2004, T-J realised that the ideal solution to women’s bra problems was the personal 1-1 service. Whilst the online service, with phone, twitter, and skype fittings was useful, the best way to Support women is through the 1-1 bra fitting service.

Since the start of Bra Lady, T-J has trained and supported 14 women to set up and run their own home bra fitting business. Some of those have since moved on, due to personal circumstances, to new work and family commitments. Others are taking a break until the circumstances are right for them to practice as a Bra Lady again.

In 2014, T-J sold the online specialist bra shops bras4mums and bras4all to concentrate on developing the Bra Lady network – her real passion. T-J continues to run her own home bra fitting service in Lancashire, and across the North West of England, and supports the Bra Lady network directly.

T-J has two active children and a husband she also spends time with. She enjoys cooking, gardening, camping and walking, but would always welcome another 3 hours in the day to fit everything in!
